Infosys Research Chair:- The Governing Body of the Institute approved acceptance of grant from Infosys foundation to establish two Chairs at the Institute; one each in the Oncology and Obst & Gynecology. Prof. Dean Elliot Brenner from Michigan University, USA, a world renowned Oncologist, was awarded an Infosys Research Chair in Oncology under AIIMS Endowment Fund for a period during March 2016 to March 2017. Prof. Dean Brenner as Infosys Chair of Oncology delivered lectures to the institute faculty and post graduates, and also delivered lectures to IRCH faculty & students. He conducted two Research Methodology workshops and developed research projects with Dr. Neerja Bhatla.  He also interacted with IRCH faculty particularly with regard to the development of upcoming National Cancer Institute at Jhajjar.
