To help the departments in implementation of the prescribed procedure, departmental stores purchase committee (Technical & Evaluation Committee) was constituted in each department/scheme under the chairmanship of HOD/Principal Investigator-in charge. Other members of the committee include office-in-charge of stores in the respective departments, one or more faculty members to be nominated by the HOD/Chairman, Research Committee, F&CAO and ASO/JSO working with the Stores Officer as the case may be as Member Secretary.
