Statement of Accounts & Utilization Certificate

A statement of accounts indicating receipt and expenditure from the project may be issued to PIs on request. Based on the statement of accounts, the PIs may prepare the utilization certificate (unaudited/provisional) in the format required by the funding agency, for counter signature of the Accounts Officer and Dean. In case the funding agency need UC duly audited by a Chartered Accountant, the services of CA firm may be engaged by the PI and Research Section will try and facilitate it by providing necessary information.
