Finance/Accounts Unit

The Finance/Accounts Unit deals with the salary of the project staff, temporary advance & adjustment, payment of supplies and materials, contingency bills, issue of statement of accounts/UC, DGACR audit work, annual account etc. PFMS system/EAT module has been implemented as per GOI directions for putting of receipts and expenditure. The general financial rules are being followed for the purchase of any item in the research projects at the AIIMS.

This wing is headed by Account officer . He manage a day-to-day operations of the Account wing along with the Junior Account Officer, LDCs, cashiers, and administrative assistant.
